Exchange Policy Overview
While we do not offer credits on orders, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for a different garment. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you find something you love!
If the garment you exchange is of a lower value, we will issue a credit for the difference within 14 days of receiving the returned item, as long as it meets our return requirements.

Condition
To qualify for an exchange, items should be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in their original packaging.

We appreciate your understanding that items not meeting these criteria cannot be accepted.

Finality of Exchanges
Please note that all exchanges are final and cannot be returned for a further exchange.

Form Submission
Once we receive your notification, we will send you an exchange form to complete.

Send Items
How to package an item you want to exchange:
The returning product must be packed, in its original packaging, in another box so that it can travel safely back to us. Please include the item(s) along with the completed form in your return package.

Shipping Recommendations
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a reputable shipping service with a tracking number for your return. This way, you can keep an eye on your package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Postage
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. For your convenience we have included both Cape Town and Johannesburg as return shipping options.
